Opening Hours

10:00 to 20:00. Last treatment appointment at 19:00.

Health

Please let us know of any health concerns, allergies, injuries or recent operations. Heat and water facilities are not recommended for pregnant women.

The Experience

The spa provides luxurious towels, robes, slippers and any amenities required for use during your visit.

Scheduling

Use our online appointment form or speak with our Spa Specialists. We recommend booking in advance to ensure your preferred time and service.

Arrival Time

Arrive up to 20 minutes before your treatment to complete the Spa Consultation Form, change and enjoy the spa facilities. Late arrival may shorten your treatment.

Cancellation

We ask for a minimum of 4 hours' notice for cancellations. With fewer than 4 hours' notice, 50% of the treatment value will be charged.

Age

Minimum age for spa usage is 16. Treatments booked for guests under 18 require a parent's approval and signature.

Spa Etiquette

Please respect the privacy and serenity of others. The spa is a smoke-free, mobile-phone-free zone, please set devices to silent.

Safety & Hygiene

All protocols are taken to ensure your treatment is delivered to the highest standard of hygiene and safety.

Loss or Damage

Please store all valuables in your locker. The spa cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal belongings.
